My Telewest STB just restarted itself, and now all I have on the screen is 'Telewest Broadband
Please wait loading data'

Ive tried removing the power to reset the unit with the same results.

Any ideas?:(

Does leaving it on a while, like it suggests change anything? - Has it gone back to its normal state at all since you have posted? Checked all the cables etc? - if it is still playing up perhaps a call to Telewest may be necessary to report a fault and to perhaps isolate any local issues in your area.

Thanks for you reply, I have left it for a whole day without any result. I placed a call with Telewest on Tuesday evening, but they cant send out an engineer until Sunday morning. I just wondered if anyone had experianced this before. I think it a hardware fault. (Never had this problem with Sky!!)
