WTF is with the EPG
 

Is seems to me that every other time I turn on my STB I get the message "for further listings press guide" then when I press guide there's still no listings until I reset the STB.

Am I the only person who suffers this or is it the POS software.

While I'm on the subject of POS software why does my STB keep freezing for a few seconds before doing anything.

I think this is just the way NTL boxes are.

Mine does the exact same, what tops it off, is when you are watching something and you get interested in it, and it switches to some other channel (your channel is still same number, just another feed coming through) and you can't do anything about it, and you miss the interesting part, that may be integral to what you are watching.
