You have to laugh, I received an email this morning asking me to participate in a survey that would help NTL improve it's service.
This is what I received after about 3 pages through the survey. http://homepage.ntlworld.com/stephen.etchells/Clip1.jpg It makes you wonder if there is any future. |

why did not all customers receieve this, would be interesting for analogue only area's in desperate need of ubr resegmenting results coming in.

esmaker.com is a site used by ntl Trials departments to get their triallists to respond to questions... I'll try to find out some more.

I recieved it, and filled it out no problem. Very, very interesting for me as a Web Designer.
I had to go with the third type. I only recieved it as I'm with the triallists etc. Can't say much more, we're swore to secrecy I believe. :cool: |

I've not be in touch with NTL directly for a few months, and I have not been on any NTL trials but I've received this e-mail. At first I assumed that it was just a hoax.
