can some one answer this for me?

hi, sorry to sound like i have no idea what i am talking about lol but i have read the sticky with the phone numbers in but i wanted to know what one to call if i want to make a complaint? i ask this only as i i have a serious complaint to make other wise i would of just called the 0800 number, neway, is it just a case of ringing the c.c num and going to the billing option as the complaint has somethign slightly to do with my billing, or is there a specific number?

thank you :)

Ring the relevant person for your area of the country.

Where do you live?

I would maybe try the usual channels first (0800), then if no satisfaction escalate the probelm

Agreed, always try the "official" channels first and then escalate matters if you don't get any joy that way.
