Downgrading my broadband service ?

Hi All.
This has probably been posted before but, how do i `downgrade` my broadband service for a while? At the moment i`m on the 1.5 mb package but due to finances i want to ( SNIFFS,WAILS,SOBS) :( downgrade to the lowest broadband package for a little bit.......) SOB):(
Do i have to call C.S or what?

you will need to contact customer service...

unless you live in a "celtic" region, in which case you can use

Thanks MB. Also , When i try and log on to www.ntlworld.com , I type in my user name and password and comes up with an error saying i`m not a registered user???? Any ideas?

which part of ntlworld.com? the e-bill? if so because this is only available in some areas... if it is on www.ntlhome.com it is because you haven't registered... try and find the link to register.... bet you can't! (because there isn't one :rolleyes: )

i'm tired because i am going to work, have 5 x 3,500 word assignments to do and 18 hours of lectures a week ;)
