Finding out PPV info from DI400N box
 

Hi,
Could anyone tell me if there is a way I can find out how many PPV movies have been ordered from my PACE DI4000N box without having to ring up customer services. If so would this tell me the total number, or the number since the last bill. Thanks, Stephen

Nope. Your box has a default credit limit but this is reset each time the box reports it's purchases to Ntl.

The only way to find out is to wait for the bill to come in.

:angel: I have the pace 4001n and i can see what i have billed up.

try this, i dont know if its the same as the 4000n but it wont kill ya.
try to go into service mode by holding up and down buttons during power on, and this should take you into diag mode, on the 4001n the information is on page18, hope it works.

That only shows what is currently stored in the box. Some other purchases may have already been sent to ntl and removed from the box.
