NN29 problems again
 

Anyone else in the area experiencing complete loss? - modem re-booting etc. Have not been able to use it since I got home from work about 1330. Up to August 2004 everything was fine with few if any outages; since then it seems to have become rather flakey. Upstream status says +61dBmV which I guess is flat out and still can't be heard. Tried holding on for Tech Support for 15 minutes but they're obviously very busy so will try again later.

Whereabouts is NN29?

I am in NN10 and had total loss last night with similar symptoms, modem rebooting etc except I think my issue may be either the modem itself or SNR issues...

PLEASE do persevere in trying to get to tech support, the more reports they get the better it will be for us... one day they may even look in to it... lol ;)
