Magic or NTL
 After all my troubles with mail here
http://www.cableforum.co.uk/board/sh...ad.php?t=20921 I again rang support and after the technician had spoken to another, told me my router was faulty. I replied, IF? I replace my router and its not the problem all hell will break lose. I looked on the web for another router and decided to think about it for a day. Switched off and this afternoon when going on line, everything is working fine. So who gave NTL a box of Smarties? Since then I have been advised to do a router update from Netgear. Just in case it has a software fault. |
Re: Magic or NTL
Magic and NTL in the same sentence.
Never known that but have known them blame everyone but themselves. Unfortunateley it always backfires on NTL |
