Blank channels?
 

Hi, I have two ntl boxes, one of them is functioning fairly normally, but the other one is only showing channels 1-7 with the rest of them being blank, when I reset I get an nit error for a few seconds before it starts, when I still only get 1-7.

Is this most likely,
The box?
The card?
The connection going to that room?

I heard something about ITV2 and 3 being on the same wire or something? But its not showing ITV 3.

Any help appreciated

is there any significant difference in the readings on the diagnostic page for each box??

Are these boxes that NTL have installed or ones you have bought off ebay?

This happened all of a sudden, which seems a bit weird.
Well I wasnt here when they were installed, but unless the ones off ebay come with a monthly bill aswell, Im pretty sure they're legit.
