If you are on ntl Broadband and living in Keble rd Bicester-Oxford (OX26 4TP) please get in touch with me. Last 6 days I heve been experiencing Intemitten disconnection ( hours at a time). I suspect the problem lies with the Street cabinet which supplies our street.I had 2 visits from engineers yesterday and I noticed so did other homes in the street.

i would assume he has , having already had 2 engineers visits , did you ring ntl to confirm these appt's or did they just turn up , call me paranoid but i would wonder if they just turned up on spec :disturbd: :disturbd: :disturbd:

What the engineers find and what Customer Services say about the matter can very often be 2 very different things...
