Ntl service or Not
sorry to start with a moan but i have lurked for a while
I have a problem with NTL faults on Monday this week my STB whent on the blink droped most of the channels after two protracted phone call they agreed to send an engineer on Wednesday afternoon, guess what no eng. no phone call nothing. Thursday most of the day on the phone being cut off three times bounced from dept to dept they said the eng was over worked on Wed. eng rebooked fro today Friday afternoon . Is this normal , what are the chances of a vist today, any advance on evans? :confused: |

if Wed is anything to go by:rolleyes:
if they dont they may well lose stb, BB and phone contract hence the log on:confused: |

well he finaly arrived condemed the stb and fitted a Samsung box instead of the pace unit
