Emails (NOT a problem thread :))

Well not a problem in the service anyway :D

Anyway basically I'd like my email address from when I was with NTL before.

Now I've just set it up in outlook and it's still working. But I guess it'll be deleted at some point.

How would I go about getting it moved over to my new account?

Cheers in advance.

Was the e-mail from BB or Dial up?

It was my old broadband account.

Then if you have stopped paying for it I don't know. If the account was still being paid for then I know you can ask a CS rep to transfer it to a dial up account and keep it that way. :(

Well thanks anyway :) - I stopped paying for that account well over a year ago. I guess I'll keep using it until it stops working then try to get it again b4 someone else does.
