ntlworld email forwarding
Hello All!
It seems something went slightly askew during the recent email platform migration from OpenWave MX4 to MX6. If you have email forwarding setup on your ntlworld email account, you may find that emails are now being both forwarded and stored, whether this was originally specified or not. Your mailbox will therefore fill up and you will stop receiving emails addressed to your ntlworld email. Once your mailbox is full (the limit is 10MB), emails will be bounced to the sender with a "mailbox full" message. To rectify this, login to http://selfcare.ntlworld.com/ and click on "Set Forwarding Address", then deselect the tick box and save by clicking on the "go" button. Then login to http://webmail.ntlworld.com/ and delete any emails you do not want kept in there! Jimbo |
