Lost tv channels on both STB but kept interactive?
 

I have lost all channels from both of my stb's 1 in bedroom 1 in lounge I simply wanted to swap box a to bedroom [samsung] and pace box to lounge when i powered them up a 0 appeared on stb display but i can access interactive with no problem at all any reason it should do this?, ok on 1 box i could understand but BOTH surely not???

& YES have done all check cables power off for said ammount of minutes?

will call CS at 8am sharp lol

Well I've got the same problem here, they might be doing maintenance or something on the system :shrug:

yeah same here someone somwhere metioned ntl might be doing work on vod? never mind got tv now but in future maybe a little note on ntl:home would be nice for us late nighters

I was refering to the fact that Debs will now be watching TV rather than answering the door :D
