Upgrading online?

Yesterday I upgraded to 700k online, from 256. I got an email saying it'd be done within 24 hours, then they'd email to let me know. Received nothing. How long does it normally take? I'm just on cable modem.

Wasn't aware you got an email but could be wrong. Have you checked the modem config. to see what it thinks? Has your speed changed?
