Yup that looks spot on for 1 Mb - strange as I thought all SACM areas were now upgraded -which area do you live in?

You said you had re-booted the modem - have you tried switching everything off, then switching on the modem, then router (if you have one) then finally the PC?

i had 1.5 breifly back in aug ,then had a powercut and it all went to 1 meg

If it is a SACM, PM me the mac address, if it is a STB, PM me the smart card number.

Leicester's SACM only. There shouldn't be any 1Mb STBs left.

At the risk of jumping on the bandwagon ;)

I have a Pace STB which I have had for ages (Since I had NTL installed a year and a bit ago) I had quite a few problems with it, Period ranging faults etc, NTL eventually (Long story btw) sent a chap out with a Cable modem (Some mention that 1MB was really a bit optomistic on these boxes) anyways, had the cable modem running for a few days and had loads of issues.

I eventually got fed up trying to get techsupp people to sort the problem and decided to swap back the STB for some sort of service. hey presto it has been working for the last 3 months fine. Had one periodic ranging fault and thats it. I presume the spliter might have reduced the signal strenght or something?

Anyways, I still have this configuration and now fear that I have been missed with the recent round of speed upgrades.

Is there a number I can call :erm: or perhaps something I can view to see if indeed I am now running at 1.5Mb? (Assuming that I dont need this pace to be upgraded?).
