No broadband or tv last night - in Manchester
 

Hi

Got back home to Manchester about 5pm last night (31st Oct)

Settop box was only showing the top led one so turned it off (pulled out mains) and put back in

It got stuck just displaying NTL on the box

Turned it off several times and did same - plus came up with Err 12 and Err 11.

Just left it and then it half came alive - nothing displayed apart from the info box.

Eventually it started working at about 9.30pm after missing Top Gear :( and then it died again for about 30 minutes.

DId anyone else have probs?

Yep same here exactly. Both set-top boxes and broadband went down. I didn't notice for how long as I was out most of the evening.

I wondered if all the road works on Whitworth Street had effected it. I live City Center.

i live near whitworth st too - it was sorted in the end so ....
