Adding An Email Account

Im having problems adding an extra email account. I follow the online instructions. Then it come up with this error:

Parameter Error Unable to create mailbox, returned SystemError

Can anyone help me on how to rectify the problem?

I have a broadband and dial up account. Same happens on both. Im trying to set the dial up account one at the moment.

hmm... goes of to try it on his own accounts.... sounds like the database that is controlling it....

Is this a problem that can be easily fixed? I dont dowload emails with my main ntl account anymore dew to having about 500 - 600 spam emails a day. Thats why i'd like to be able to create a new address.

Is this safe to send my personal details to you? It come up when it give you a new email address.

It's perfectly safe to send your personal details to monkeybreath. He is a known & trusted ntl employee, & is always very helpful :)

Yep, I'm one of the mods here. You can tell who the mods/admins are, as they have "Cable Forum Team" in bold under their name, & also have the CF Team logo as an avatar. We are also listed here: http://www.cableforum.co.uk/board/showgroups.php?

None of us work for ntl though, as CableForum/nthellworld is not owned or controlled by ntl in any way, so for a problem like this you need the help of monkeybreath or one of the other helpful ntl employees who post here at CF.
