Remote Control Packed Up
 

My remote worked fine yesterday afternoon but this afternoon it is now totally unresponsive. Not the usual battery problems with the wrong buttons doing the wrong thing but totally broken. No buttons work at all.

I have changed the batteries and restarted the set top box twice.

My box says PACE and NTL on it, my remote is one of the longer ones with green on the bottom and NTL: written at the bottom.

Customer services is now closed on a sunday and i can't think what else to do???

Any ideas?

wait until tomorrow and then ring c/s and they can organise a replacement for you.

In the mean time....use the buttons on the front of the box to change the channel.... or.... don't watch tv :o

I wanted to buy that haunted house movie from front row but can't enter my code without the remote...

Oh well i guess a replacement is required. Its just funny because there was nothing wrong with it yesterday...
