NTL Manhole open

The Damage Recovery Team on 08700 133630 would be best to deal with this - unfortunately, I don't know of an email address for them.

You should say inspection cover not manhole now as it's (allegedly) sexist.

Although why women would go down there is another matter, they'd probably mess their hair up or something lol...
