NTL Snail Mail Adress??

Does anybody have the up-to-date address for writing a snail mail letter to NTL's customer services? I did a search, but the link from a previous enquiry on here didn't bring up any addies. Like that person, I have tried in vain to find such an address on their bills and their website, without success...hhmmm, they really, really don't want you to complain, do they, LOL!
I have written to the address (P.O. Box) on my bill, and had no reply after 5 weeks.
I have lost count of the number of times I have telephoned customer services, only to find I have to repeat yet again all information, because whoever took my last call did not input anything into their system. Not to mention the promises made which never materialised, missed appointments, missing mail etc etc.
All this gives a terrible impression of a big company, and really doesn't do them any favours at all!

Re: NTL Snail Mail Adress??

The P.O. Box address on your bill merely goes to ntl's payment processing centre (which I believe is outsourced) so by sending a letter there you are relying on another company to pass on the correspondance to ntl.

Normally on your monthly bill, there will be an address near the top of the bill for your local service centre. In the meantime, someone from your local customer service centre will hopefully post the address you're looking for here.

Re: NTL Snail Mail Adress??

Ha ha, on the NTL bill there is NO letterhead with any address, merely the URL for www.ntlhome !!!! Sounds incredible, but is true!

I noticed a couple of years back that NTL bills changed from normal paper, in colour, with contact details, phone numbers etc, to cheap, black & white recycled looking paper, with no contact details on them. On the back, they have their PO Box addie and the switchboard number, and addresses for the Ombudsmen!

Manchester customers:

ntl:
Concord House
Concord Business Park
Threapwood Road
Wythenshawe
Manchester
M22 0EY

The back of your bill shows a PO Box 50, Wythenshawe address...this goes to the same place.

Know exactly how you feel about trying to contact someone, been trying since 18 August, finally had a response today, explanation given for difficulty in contacting them is because the are re-locating!!

The Manchester address is where they are re-locating to, but its also worthwhile copying it in to two current offices:

NTL
High Level Complaint Department

Hertford House

36 Hertford Street

Coventry

CV1 1RF

NTL House
Bartley Wood Business Park
Bartley Way
Hook
Hampshire
RG27 9UP

FAX No: 01256 752100

Hope this helps

Not if you're a Manchester customer...it will just be classed as misdirected and forwarded to the Manchester office, all that will do is delay a response.

The correct address for complaints is always printed on the back of the bill, sending them anywhere else in the hope of speeding things up will have the opposite effect...the office it ends up at will realise they cannot deal with it, and will simply redirect it to the correct office.
