Problems Whitchurch Cardiff are?

Does anyone know if there are problems with broadband access in the Cardiff Whitchurch area currently.

My girlfriend has trouble during busy times, this morning she cannot get anywhere. She told me the DS light is flashing but she just gets an error message when she tries to open a link.

I was just wondering if anyone knew of a problem, I have told her the connection is bloody slow anyway when its working. She had a service call a few months ago and they couldn't find anything wrong.

I'm an ex ntl network/headend/principle engineer, but its like the cobblers childrens shoes. I told her phone ntl!!!!! :D
