ntl tv service in Luton
 

Is there a problem with the tv service in Luton today?

The reason I ask is I have this afternoon come home from holiday and switched the 2 settop boxes (2 different accounts) on in my house and they don't go past tune.

If I boot pressing the down arrow on the box, it comes up with an error message saying no channels available and shows the miniguide with the channel as on demand.
