ntlfreedom adsl

Hi all,
Apologies if this is the incorrect forum!

We have had an ntlfreedom(prev ntworld) unlimited dialup package for a few years now. ADSL comes to our exchange next and I want to upgrade our existing ntl account to ADSL, retaining the same usernames/passwords. Does anyone know if this is possible and who I go about contacting?

Also on the ntlfreedom adsl availability it is is claiming ADSL is not available on postcodes/telephone numbers which I know can get ADSL.

Is the service available to all BT enabled ADSL exchanges?

Thanks,
Ross.

Re: ntlfreedom adsl

NTL freedom uses a option 3 datastream package so is not available to all ADSL enabled areas.

Best to check with the ntlfreedom broadband pre-reg team on 0870 399 3000, after you know the exchange has been enabled. They're open 8am - midnight Mon-Fri and 9am-6pm Sat.
