BBC Interactive - UN400
 

Ok, now whenever i go onto interactive on bbc one, i get a UN400 error (the program atm has the red button prompt), on bbc two it'll either work, ill get the dreaded baukm with that useless forced reboot or the box just doesnt respond with anything apart from the remote response led.

Can anybody offer an explanation for the UN400? This is the kind of thing that makes my parents think ntl are just offering us a faulty, noobish service...

Might I suggest you search the forums for UN400 and read the results. ;)
