Zone Alarm & Torrents

I have just started to use a Torrent (Bit Tornado) & it downloads at 15-35kb. I am on a NTL 750kb Modem

I see on this site http://bittornado.com/faq.html that it says

Quote:

You may be behind a firewall. If your status light is always YELLOW, this is very likely. You will need to modify firewall software or cable/DSL router settings to allow BitTorrent to accept incoming connections. Prefs allows you to specify the port range BitTorrent uses for incoming connections.
So how would I edit these settings with "FREE Zone Alarm"?

It is set for Port 10,000 - 60,000 on Bit Tornado & Celble/DSL Slow Upload 13kb Max Upload 4

Any ideas???
