can we have our old box keyboard back?
 

Howdi all

Well we have a nice new samsung digital box and purple keyboard, now my dad uses the telly e-mail ALOT and the keyboard is nothing far from rubbish it works fine for two minutes then lags badly very badly missing letters and sometimes stopping.

We have tried new batteries removing energy saving lights everything, now our old black box and black C&W keyboard worked and my father would very much like that back, or he may be in a position to get rid of NTL as what he likes aint there, he would like to send telly e-mails and right now typing them with his telly remote control is quicker :mad: .

We paid for a keyboard years ago from C&W and it worked very well now we have a purple thing which is rubbish.

Can this be sorted so we have our old box & keyboard back?

As I understand it, your old box will not support your current broadband tier, can your father not use your PC?

Agreed but here is catch i have never used teh box for my broadband :rolleyes:


even when my gf moves in and we get a seperate account on her name we will use a sacm

he just wants his black box back and keyboard


edit: im always working on my pc lol too much stuff to do :/ he just figured out ntl telly email so prefers to just use that
