NTL D5100 gone mad!!!

Help me somebody!!!

I have a NTL D5100 phone system (including 3 D505's that run from the base unit). Just lately, all the phones start to ring about every 30 minutes with the ringtone that is usually used when you page another phone internally... at the same time, the displays on all of the phones show "0000" flashing. The phones ring about 10 times and then go silent but 30 minutes later it all starts again! Has anybody else had this problem? Is it a problem with the base unit? the phone line? or is there a poltergeist in the house!?! (P.S. after ringing 10 times, the base unit also emits a double beep too...)

Any info on this problem would be greatly appreciated before I go mad!

Thanks in advance (I'll stay away from the light until somebody saves me...)

You'll need to refer to the manufacturer of the phones (which is not ntl).

[edit] - Alba is the manufacturer.
