Hey there,

What's the best way of having NTL reset a password for an email account , attached to my broadband account?

If you know the existing password and want to change it, visit https://autoreg.autoregister.net/cgi-bin/chgpwd

If you don't have the password then call c/s or t/s and they can confirm/ change it for you. if you need it today only t/s are open, 0845 650 0121 for sacm or 0845 650 0125 for stb.

If you know the master password (which I do) then yeah you can sort it yourself. Thanks.
