Please help

Hi this question is aimed at NTL employees.

About a year ago i had dealings with David Novell at the time he was the Customer Liaison Director(Executive Office). I need to contact him again.

Could anyone please tell me if he still works at NTL in the same position, if not could you please tell me who the Customer Liaison Director is.

Thanks in advance.

Darren

I will contact Mr Vas Agridhiotis the Managing Director of the South and the Midlands. It says he is based at Winnersh, does anyone have the address or would it be best to e-mail him directly.

Thanks again

Re: Please help

Search but unable to find e-mail addresses for NTL - can somebody please help - I want to complain about lack of service, faulty service, lost received e-mails (broadband) and the fact that I have 2 NTL broadband accounts (Colchester and Leeds) and can't change one of them (Colchester) to a joint account so when there are problems my girlfriend can talk to customer services and get assistance instead of having to via me in Leeds. The alternative is to change over the account to her but NTL insist on a new 12-month contract (although she is an existing tel & TV account holder at the same address) - with the current service and lack of helpfulness I would rather change over to an alternative suplier.
So if you provide a few NTL e-mail address I would be grateful.

Many thanks for a response.

Did not initially use this link/info as I was looking for more general e-mail addresses and hoping that it could be resolved without having to resort to high management level but have taken your advice and sent it to both MDs (as problems in both regions) but how long before I could expect a response - a day, days, weeks?
Why does NTL not have a list of e-mail addresses on its site where a mere user could correspond or even complain and please donââ‚Âà ‚¬ÃƒÂ¢Ã¢â‚¬Å¾Ã‚¢t advise me of the
www.ntl.com/home/contact/generic/customer.asp - after 2 attempts where both were not able to be submitted owing to a fault †“ an excellent system of keeping customer complaints down!!
Thanks again :tu:
