Hi there i were just wondering if my account will be affected because i have just moved and were given an ambit 200 sacm all fitted ok and did the house move online thingy from my pc and my config file were sent to modem
2 days later the modem broke and i had it swapped out everything is ok now all mighty fine what i wanna know is how they picked my config file up this time many thanx because i never did a housemove form the 2nd time and i dont wanna be charged twice for 2 modems lol also 1 other thing my upstream DBMV is 51
is that too high or just right as im only 100yards from a big node and a little green box thanx for helping :tu: :confused:

try ringing c.s. and asking them if everything is ok with your account :)

or maybe the little orange birdy could help you out :)
