bb+ dont work
 

hi there guys i have a problem with bb+, afew days ago a ntl engineer replaced my aging pace box with a brand spanking new silver samsung stb but since this has happend my bb+ isnt working.
Ive phoned cs up a few times and everytime they say it has been sorted, but the thing is it hasn't. I live in the derby area so i was wondering if there was a fault or somthing if anyone else has had this prob plz tell me how you fixed it.

knowing my luck its prob right under my nose.

Access to BB+ is based on the MAC address of your CM/STB - since you have a new one, this will have changed.
