Anyone else notice that when its wet ADSL seems to be quicker??

In this country that makes ADSL a good bet for 11 months, then.

i would of thought it would make it slower as more people would be inside on the net rather than outside in the sun, unless we're becoming a nation of vampires that only go outside when the weather is abit damp.
