BT ads not fooling anyone?
Anyone else heard the radio ads where BT have a clip of a 'real' (yeah right!) employee describing an instant where they stayed with a customer all through a problem, right to the end? Or the ones where they say their engineers will do everything they can to keep appointments?
What do they want, a medal? This level of service is EXPECTED, not 'pointed out when it happens'. What are they trying to say, that it used to be that their employees couldn't care but now have had a change of heart? |
Re: BT ads not fooling anyone?
No - could it be to point out to customers of certain other telecom companies that the BT level of service is 'allegedly' good? And heaven forbid to get them to change to BT? :Yikes:
Mentioning no names mind - and I must say I can't complain at the level of service I've had from NTL CS! :D |
