VPN Alowed
Guys, I'm sure it's somewhere very obvious, but I was wonderign whether I could connect via my Home NTL acount (with our company's software) to our company's VPN cloud.
I seem to recall somebody saying NTL don't allow VPN usage? Regards Wiggz |
Re: VPN Alowed
They do allow it, they just don't support it.

Re: VPN Alowed
Remote Exchange server login is not possible as the required port is blocked. Thats not a VPN problem though as once you are VPNed then you can connect to an exchange server.

Re: VPN Alowed
My wife has no problems at all. She just connects her laptop upto a spare port on our router, boots it and logs onto all the same drives and systems as if she was in her office. The hardest part was getting her IT department to clear a way through their firewall for a "dynamic" IP.

Re: VPN Alowed
In all fairness, that section would have been easy as it's just a case of using a 3rd party piece of software, VPN Client.
anyway, thanks for the response Cheers Wiggz |
