retrieving webspace username/password
 

any1 here can retieve my NTL webspace username/password???
i want to play around with my webspace
i changed my main Email address and the password
so im not sure which username/password it is now

any1 here can help me retreive it???
or maybe even change it???
cause the original username wasnt what i wanted
i was having problems installing it and needed to call customer support which kinda rushed me thru it (not blaming them as i know theres a long phone queue)
and told me i can modify the username after i have my internet working

but after reading the forums it seems the webspace uses the original username/password

but if i have to call customer support then i think i wont be bothered
not prepared to wait as i dont really need it

I changed my username when upgrading to broadband last year, but I then lost access to my webspace. I phoned Tech Support and after going through all the software and network checks, they gave me a number for another place where they could deal the with the user/pass changing directly. However I've long forgotten that number :P, anyone have any idea what it might have been?
