A US company offers people to send some of there loved ones ashes into space so they can circle the earth!!

what in the world is this abt!?!??!? crazy bloody crazy!!

Exactly :shrug: I could think of worse places to be 'buried' just think of all the NTHW data you could take in your 'coffin' to show how normal we are :disturbd: :disturbd: :Yikes: :shocked:

There was one company (didnt check the link BTW) talking about doing it so that you would be placed in orbit, and over time your orbit would decay - then eventually you would burn up as you re-enter the atmosphere - but effectively you would got out as a shooting star and your ashes will be spread across the entire earth.

Can think of worse ways to go.

You can easily pay more than that throwing a body in a hole in the ground. Is it "normal" for a "normal" funeral to cost such an excessive amount?
