James Mooney, the chairman of NTL, has pocketed more than $12m ( £6.6 m )through the sale of shares and stock options since he joined the cable company last spring. Mr Mooney was granted 400,000 share options in 2003, plus 200,000 restricted shares and $1.5 pay and bonuses.

I was outraged when I read this in the Tele this morning, until I spotted that he was appointed after the company came out of Chapter 11 protection. The profit he's made is due to improvement's in the company's value since he took over, and as he doesn't appear to have been involved in its near-disaster last year, I don't suppose we can begrudge him his bonus.

lol, if you're interested in the young lady in the picture, she's my girlfriend :) she got a digital camera for her birthday and we were messing around with the piccies and i thought that one looked nice :D i hope you guys agree? ;)
