Webspace Password
 

When I first got my NTL broadband account about 3 1/2 years ago, I changed my password from the one I was originally assigned. This worked for e-mail, but uploading to my webspace still requires me to use the original password to FTP in.

I've just read that according to the NTL help pages, changing your password should work for all services with NTL, e-mail, webspace, etc. Clearly this is not the case in this instance. Does anyone know whether this information is actually accurate, and if it is, have any idea why my webspace upload password won't change.

It can happen that changing the password for your email account doesn't update the password for your webspace. Call Technical Support (0845 650 0121 for your area), and they can change the password for your webspace after passing a security check.
