NTL details

Hello, I'm at a loose end about what to do, so I thought I'd ask here.

I'm an NTL broadband customer, and I've recently wanted to access the e-mail and webspace they gave me when I first signed on. The problem is, in the year I've been using the company, I've misplaced the username and password they provided me. Checking on their site, I can see no place where I can access these pieces of information. All I've got to identify myself is my account number.

Anyone know what I can do to retrieve my details?

Thanks for the warm welcome Paul :D
Can you elaborate a bit though please? What's C.S? (I'm presuming some sort of tech support line. If it is, what's the number?)

If you ring customer services on 08000522000 or technical support on 08456500121 they will be able to help.

You will need to be the person named on the account when calling :)

Hope that helps

Re: NTL details

For Customer Services, 0800 052 2000 works from all over the country, on ntl and BT lines (and Telewest, etc. should you wish to call ntl from another operator's line!). From many ntl lines, though, you can also use 150, 151, 1503, or a local franchise number, or a few other number combinations I can't remember!
