is there a problem at the moment getting email?keeps rejecting my password i have checked the server staus page and they say its fixed this is whats coming up all the time "There was a problem logging onto your mail server. Your Password was rejected. Account: 'pop.ntlworld.com', Server: 'pop.ntlworld.com', Protocol: POP3, Server Response: '-ERR mail storage services unavailable, wait a few minutes and try again.', Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 0x800CCC90, Error Number: 0x800CCC92"

This usually means there is a server problem, in my experience it normally returns the following day.

supposedly fixed but then this is NTL and anything is possible as far as faults re-occuring is concerened.
Is it erroring out or asking you to input your password again?

I'm also getting error messages - "sending and receiving reported error (0x80042108) unable to connect to your incoming (POP3) email server and ideas what is wrong

thanks paul for the reply erroring out the logon window comes up with my name and password and just keeps rejecting it "There was a problem logging onto your mail server. Your Password was rejected. Well thats pointing to the NTL email service being knackered again then :( No doubt they will fix it one day..... it's coming soon you know;)
