Intermittent/slow connection in Guildford
 

Before I ring NTL, has anyone else in Guildford been having problems with their connection since the weekend? I'm aware from the System Status page that there are planned outages in a few areas and 'very brief' interruptions nationwide, but none are for Guildford, nor are they at the times I have had problems.

I've rebooted the CM (Surfboard) and there are no error messages in the log. I've pinged the DNS server and some pings are dropped, some returned OK. Sometimes I get pages at normal speed, the next moment it's back to dead slow or stop.

Any info please?
