ntl Webspace Upload/WebMail Problems
 

Hi,
I'm having trouble uploading to my webspace via FTP, and also logging onto my WebMail.
However, I can retrieve my email (@ntlworld.com) via Outlook Express just fine.
It appears to be a password issue and after having read other posts/info, the recommendation is to use the original password issued with the account to access my Webspace, rather than what I have changed it to ... and here's the suprise ... I don't have a note of what the password was after I changed it many months ago.
Can anyone tell me what my options are, if any (other than obviously to contact ntl).

Other than contact CS you may be in difficulties :( Do you have an account with the password on? Even if it is asterisked out you can get the password using a piece of software called revelation

Have you tried recreating a link to the webspace in case its just a corruption with the link you are using?

If you pm me your username and what you think it is i can tell you if it is correct or not, but i cannot tell you what the correct one is because of data protection.

Nope not sorted yet - just waiting for MB to get back to me.
Revelation won't work - don't have the old password anywhere.
And I wasn't using a link, was typing it in as well, so that's not the problem.
