NTL Space - pop ups

I have noticed a couple of times that a pop up has appeared then been killed when I access my NTL site -http://homepage.ntlworld.com/jean.wright3/index.html. Has NTL introduced pop ups?

there will be no popups from ntl on your webspace. check that you have no spyware on your computer causing it. Try downloading adaware (http://tinyurl.com/tek5) to get rid of any.

Also i'm getting pcbd on your site....

I hope this is a genuine question and not just spamming the forum!

shirley thats down to NTL's current "short term" webspace difficulties

yes it is... sorry was in work mode :erm:

EDIT: site is now loading ok for me, and there are no popups here. I would suggesting following the link for adaware and scanning.

Could there be a popup function in that "free" slider applet?
It's the kind of dirty trick you see in some free versions

Don't think so but it might be worth a google if I get a min, I looked at your site (nice work) with my popup killer turned off and saw no pop ups so you really need to follow the advice given and try adaware, spybot S&D etc to make sure your PC is clean :)
