I called NTL CS today....
and got through in seconds,was dealt with efficiently by Angela and everything resolved inside 5 minutes. :tu:
Just as it should be I know,but I think they may be getting better.Fingers crossed anyway. I wonder if kink has a fingers crossed smiley? Incog. :) |
