Mouse clicking sound

Hi all

Just reloaded windows 2000 and my mouse keeps making a clicking sound when I click on some web pages.

Any idea how I can turn this off.

thanks :)

Look in control panel > Sounds & Audio Devices

Click the sounds tab

In the Program events window scroll down to Windows Explorer and the Start Navigation submenu - change that sound to none.
