Marked as read immediately?

I know there's a way of changing the amount of time after which read emails are marked as read in Outlook but for the life of me I can't find it, although I know how to do it in OE - anyone help?

On the Tools menu, click Options, and then click the Other tab.
Click Preview Pane.
Select the Mark messages as read in preview window check box and change the time.
