NTL Throttle BT speeds?

Bittorrent that is ;)

Im just wondering if ntl do throttle the speeds on ports 6881 to 6889 because quite recently ive noticed my downloads only peak at about 18kb/s although they do fluctuate now and again.

Anybody know?

Hi,

ntl don't throttle Bit Torrent ports, no.

We've already got a discussion on this very subject, which can be found by clicking here: http://www.cableforum.co.uk/board/showthread.php?t=4953
