As part of our commitment to provide an excellent service, from 8pm on Friday 28th May until Wednesday 2nd June we'll be improving our systems. During this time customers won't be able to register or make changes to their internet service; however existing customers will still be able to use email, surf the web and upload to their webspace. If you need to make changes to your service, please do so prior to the upgrade work. You can also utilise the new Broadband Medic online diagnostic tool available from http://www.ntlworld.com/medic, though this tool will have limited functionality during the upgrade period. During these improvements our technical support centres will have no access to diagnostics tools or customers account details but can offer limited support. Full technical support will be restored on Wednesday 2nd June. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
