NTL Web Upload Help Please
 

I am working on a personal website using dreamweaver

using their ftp seems to work ok
my files get placed automatically in the docs dir
but when I go to look at my site all I see is a list of dirs
http://homepage.ntlworld.com/david.wicker/

yes I can go into docs and see my index page etc
but surely something's wrong here?

NTL used to have a fairly helpful faq on this, but it seems to have dissapeared

WELCOME!

You need an index file in the root directory

download this, unrar using winrar, upload to webspace and your safe :D

Yep, you need an index.html file in the root (as mmm & kronas mentioned earlier this evening in this thread ;) :) )
